Just because an email is in your "Sent" or "Archive" box does not prove that it was either sent or actually delivered. In the "snail mail" days, Certified or Registered mail served as proof that something was sent and delivered. Or maybe you use FedEx. Now you can do the same thing with a product called RPost at a much lower cost than traditional Certified Mail or FedEx. This is a product that is accredited and used daily by the U.S. government. It complies with the E-Sign and UETA statutes governing electronic communications. You can send your most important and sensitive documents without the need to send a hard copy as a backup. You can save time by doing away with those trips to the post office and filling out all those FedEx forms. I think they have a free trial, so you can see if this is a product that will work for you.
