Adding new contact information to Outlook is always something that gets put off until I have more time, so it never happens. As a result many of my Outlook contacts only have a name and email address. Now there is an easier way. Forget the copy and paste command. I just found a product called AddressGrabber. All you need to do is highlight the name and address information from anywhere: emails, web pages, on-line directories, etc. and with a click of the mouse the information is automatically added to your contact list. This will work with Outlook, ACT! or Goldmine. I also like the fact that it can detect duplicates.
