If you have been paying 8 cents a page and $2.40 a document to use the PACER system, you might want to consider RECAP, which is a plug-in for Firefox. It looks for free court documents in PACER searches so you can avoid the PACER document charge. Since court documents can't be copyrighted, this system should no cause any legal problems. I'd be interested to know what you readers think.
